Theresa Foley has been a professional writer for 30 years. She has worked in journalism, covering the aerospace and telecommuniations industries; financial reporting for a top boutique research firm for investors; as a fiction and short story writer, with 5 books to her credit.
She also has written hundreds of freelance articles for many magazines and newspapers.
She leads a writers' workshop in Venice, FL., and was one of the motivating forces behind the Key West Authors' Coop, which published books in the 1990s, but has now disbanded.
She holds an undergraduate degree in journalism, and a masters degree in mental health counseling.
Her current areas of writing specialization are animals and cats; hypnosis and the subconscious mind; and the art of the essay.
